Registration is personal and cannot be transferred to any other person, including other Healthcare professional. Stryker retains the discretionary right to refuse registration of an healthcare professional, without the need to justify such refusal and without any compensation due to such healthcare professional.

Stryker reserves the right to cancel or postpone the live question and answer sessions with the Surgeons. Stryker will do its best to inform participants in advance, however no indemnification of any kind shall be due in case a session is cancelled or postponed.

The Surgeries aim at allowing a surgeon to share his own experience with other healthcare professionals and shall not be interpreted as a medical advice or a recommendation. The Surgery is performed by and under the control of the presenting surgeon who shall be solely responsible for its contents, such as in particular the scientific and medical contents, and for the medical acts performed during said surgery. Stryker’s sole liability is to provide the tools and technology necessary to broadcast such surgery. Stryker shall not be responsible for answers, advices given by the performing surgeon during the live question and answer session.

A surgeon must always rely on his or her own professional clinical judgment when deciding whether to use a particular product when treating a particular patient. Stryker does not dispense medical advice and recommends that surgeons be trained in the use of any particular product before using it in surgery. The information presented is intended to demonstrate a Stryker product or a surgical technique. A surgeon must always refer to the package insert, product label and/or instructions for use, including the instructions for Cleaning and Sterilization (if applicable), before using any Stryker product. Products may not be available in all markets because product availability is subject to the regulatory and/or medical practices in individual markets.
